ReelData AI is looking for a Junior Software Developer to join the ReelData team in the fall. The ideal candidate is a coop student looking for a 4-8 month term. The role will feature a mixture of back-end, front-end, and operational responsibilities. A successful applicant will work with experienced team members and have multiple opportunities to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the software development process including design, development, and testing.

• Complete development tasks, geared to the skill level of the individual

• Document development work where requested.

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools

• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate computer science/engineering students is required

• Previous coop in a similar role is an asset

• Experience with Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and React a plus

• Self-motivated and eager to learn

• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment

This position is a hybrid role, please plan to spend part of your time at the office. We accept applications from Computer Science students who are looking for their coop in fall 2023.
