We are an industry leader with hundreds of customers, including owners, builders, operators, and aerial service providers, across over 45 countries with 200+ million solar panels under management. Our software platform is essential in the fight against climate change.
We are looking for a Growth Strategy Associate to join our fast expanding commercial team with a focus on accelerating Raptor Map’s impact in the industry.
As a Growth Strategy Associate, you will work with Go-To-Market (GTM) team leadership to support commercial strategy, product go-to-market, market analysis, and key executive-facing deliverables. You develop expertise in the business issues facing the solar industry and learn in-depth Raptor Maps’ value proposition. As a part of a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team, you will work with team throughout the company including operations, engineering, product, and executive leaders to learn the details of our solutions and approaches. You’ll help shape how we tell our story and participate closely in our engagements with stakeholders across the solar industry.

Responsibilities

  • Learn in detail Raptor Maps’ solutions, the competitive landscape, and our approach to adding value to our customers within Solar
  • Work with Growth Strategy management and commercial team members to plan and execute GTM activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their customer’s business challenges in-depth, identify opportunities for commercial expansion, and support custom pitches
  • Conduct market data analytics to identify compelling trends and narratives that can be used to support product and GTM strategy
  • Develop content and datasets in support of commercial opportunities
  • Bring strategy and ideas to advance our company’s growth and impact
  • Contribute to the company’s collaborative culture and mission of scaling the solar industry

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience and willingness to grow in a new industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or comparable experience in consulting or investment banking preferred
  • Exceptional internal and external communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint) required
  • Strong Data analytics skills (preferably SQL) to query internal databases and market data
  • Hard working and eager to solve customer business problems
  • Enthusiasm for working in a team environment and managing a demanding workload
  • Must be primarily located in the contiguous US
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
